These Terms and Conditions govern your stay at Gokul Nandhini Service Apartment, Thudiyalur, Coimbatore. By booking or checking in, you agree to the terms below.
Booking & Check-in
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests at check-in.
- Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM, subject to availability for early check-in / late check-out.
- Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment or confirmation as communicated by our team.
Cancellations
Cancellation and refund terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Please contact us as early as possible for any changes to your booking.
House Rules
- Guests are responsible for the condition of the room/apartment during their stay.
- Smoking and any illegal activity are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Visitors are requested to register at the front desk.
- Any damage to property will be chargeable.
Liability
Gokul Nandhini Service Apartment is not liable for loss of personal belongings. Guests are advised to keep valuables secure.
